All projects are allocated a Project Manager who is responsible for the project from start to finish throughout the entire length of the scheme. This enables the Project Manager to build a rapport with the client interface and ensures that information is consistent and up to date and more importantly allows the Project Manager to make instant decisions based upon the knowledge he has retained during the scheme.
• At TSF we have an experienced team of 25 employed Project Managers.
• All Project Managers are office and site based.
• Focus on customer service and delivery.
• Capable of handling any size/type of contract.
• Manage all stages and levels of the supply chain.
• Work closely with the client on all aspects of the job – completing on time and to cost.
• Operate strict Health & Safety procedures.
